You will note the absence of any green leafy vegetables or fruit or whatever. Yes, those should be included in a proper diet but since I don't like much of that the nutritionist told me to take a good multi-vitamin. Here is the list of the supplements I take daily:

400 IU Vitamin E
250 mg Magnesium
1000 mg Omega 3 Fish Oil
1000 mg Organic Flaxseed Oil
4.8 grams of soluble fiber (Metamucil)
An advanced multi-vitamin/multi-mineral with herbs and Chromium Picolinate
