Our Home
| Hello- and welcome to our home. Our
house is located on the far-Eastside of Indianapolis, Indiana on approximately one acre of
land. The house was completed in November of 1993- about three months later than
originally scheduled. Half-way through construction our builder went into bankruptcy and
we became the general contractors and finished construction. The house contains three bedrooms, 2 - 1/2 baths, a large kitchen, living room, dining room and family room along with a walk-out, basement. The house has approximately 2,900 square feet of living space. In 1998 a third garage with an upstairs was added. The area above the existing garage was also opened and a large storage area was created. At the back of the house I built three, free-standing decks on three different levels. I placed a hot tub onto the highest level and then built fourth deck around it. This gives us the illusion of a custom-built spa at a fraction of the cost.
